Remove the last Soil Grid API and add the new endpoint. The old SoilGrid API link was down.

@Carlitosh thanks for bringing this to my attention! I did notice that issue some time ago and fixed it. I have also made some additional changes to this function recently. I just tested it and it seems to be working. |
