Add a padding removal option in demo_colmap.py

When using demo_colmap.py to obtain the dense point cloud (set conf_thres_value=1.0 and max_points_for_colmap=inf), the current processing method ignores the padding filtering operation. Therefore, an option to remove padding is added to avoid unprojecting image padding into 3D space.
