Hi,
I am new to the project, at first i felt difficult to get into the project without any guide. So i think to make a one.
It is difficult for beginners to contribute to the project without any proper instructions.
It is better to make one, for beginners.
I added basic guidelines for beginners, I request you to add project specific guidelines.
