Define SRETURN/TRETURN second argument as byte length (not slot count).
Specify per-slot serialization as 32-byte big-endian (as if via MSTORE).
State ascending slot concatenation order and partial-word truncation rules.
Set zero-length behavior to return 0 bytes.
Declare uninitialized storage/transient slots yield 32 zero bytes.
Align RRETURN slice and bounds with RETURNDATACOPY per EIP-211.
