[DRAFT] Modify Models for L1 Handling

Changes include:

• Handling for larger data fields for ERC20 transfers
• Safe mult UDF for INT overflow (again from larger data fields)

This also changes the datatype for some fields from INT64/BIGINT to DECIMAL. So not sure if we can just implement this going forward, or if we'll need to update the schema for prior tables.
