Makes it possible to switch between BT profiles reliably in cases when the keyboard is connected to either a computer or a power bank via a USB cable.
Also adds an output toggle button to switch between prefer-Bluetooth and prefer-USB modes. The last choice is stored to the flash and restored on a power-up.
