EOAP CWL custom types schemas

This documentation contains proposals for the adoption of CWL custom types to define Earth Observation Application Packages inputs and outputs:

• GeoJSON Format;
• OGC bounding box;
• STAC Catalog, Collection and Item as manifests for EO inputs and outputs as defined in section 6.2.3. Staging Input and Output EO Products of OGC Best Practice;
• JSON Schema 2.x and OpenAPI String Formats.
