This PR adds blocking versions of read/write methods for STM32 CAN drivers, providing synchronous alternatives to the existing async APIs.

Changes

  • bxCAN: Add blocking_read, blocking_write, and blocking_enable methods
  • FDCAN: Add blocking_read, blocking_write, blocking_read_fd, and blocking_write_fd methods
  • Examples: Add comprehensive blocking examples for STM32F1 (bxCAN) and STM32G4 (FDCAN)
