`window-width' returns the width of the text area, which has undesirable effects when a window has (wide) margins. `popwin:window-total-width' returns the width of text area + margins.

Referring to my previous pull request (#119), I implemented a fix using a custom window-width function that returns the width of the text area plus margins, but without scroll bar, fringes and right divider.
This time, all tests passed on my Emacs.
