Draft of a generic BQ input that can be used to power an Integraiton input package, or other BQ-based inputs.

Contains a kinda half-baked implementation of a cursor for repeated deduped queries, but probably enough for a v1.

Still todo - an option for deterministic ID generation to properly avoid duplicate rows.
