This adds an additional option to the verify command to orphan files that failed verification as if they were cleaned. This is mostly useful for scripting setups since it allows the files that fail verification to be removed from the folder (avoiding any potential issues with file length in the case of a stealth upfate), while keeping them around in case the metadata was incorrect.
