fixed functionality for 'new' monitor bars + one small bug fix

Updated addresses so the repository can work with both, new and old light bars. Issue 11.

the 2nd commit is just change to this:

• the default state of the bar is changed to ON (seems more logical in case of power outage). The new button will change internal state of the bar in the HA in case there was missmatch between the bar actual state and HA state. this should be neccesary only if the bar was OFF when the controller connected to MQTT. Unfortunatelly this must be there because there is no reliable way to read actual bar state.
