This is a change I made to address
#95.
It adds the ability to specify a scrolledRegion to use for the dragScroll (keeping the default - the window is scrolled if you do not specify a scrolledRegion)
This is literally the first time I've created a pull request - so my apologies if I have done something incorrectly here! (pointers appreciated)
