Code Review

This pull request appears to be a data release, with widespread updates to configuration files and golden test data. The changes include updating table names and version strings with new timestamps, refreshing data values and provenance URLs in numerous golden files, and introducing a new place_types field in some v2 API responses. The modifications are extensive but appear to be systematic and consistent across the codebase, as expected from an automated data release process. I have reviewed the changes for consistency and potential anomalies and have not identified any apparent bugs or issues.
