I struggle with creating a common scroll viewer component a lot. That's horrible how to deal with in in WPF when we have names components...Error MC3093: Cannot set Name attribute value 'xxx' on element 'yyy'.
kills me so I gave up and copy-pasted the same event to each violation page... The idea is a proxy mouse wheel event from the inner to the outer component. Maybe I will try a common object again, but to have a solution I have committed this one.
