This PR adds a new page to display the current list of Crossplane Community Extension Projects.
This new page can be seen in the deployment preview at https://deploy-preview-999--crossplane.netlify.app/v2.0/learn/community-extension-projects/
This list will be kept up to date over time as new projects are added or projects are archived for falling out of good health or compliance with the policies stated in the project governance. The only maturity attribute we formally define in the project governance is policy compliance. Therefore, this page will only contain compliant projects and does not make any further distinctions about maturity.
A companion PR to update the Crossplane governance with a policy addition for extension project owners to keep this list updated over time can be seen in crossplane/crossplane#6836.
