Summary

Refines approval amount modal/toggle styling for better spacing, responsiveness, and clearer hover states.

To Test

1. Trigger the Change Approval Amount modal from a token approval flow.

• Modal header + token preview align centrally with new spacing.
• Set title scales down correctly on small breakpoints.
• Reset button shows the updated hover background/text color.

2. Toggle between partial and full approval options.

• Toggle wraps vertically on tiny screens without clipping.
• Partial approval pill shows hover color transition and readable edit icon.
• Token amount row wraps when the amount is long.
