Delete examples, which will be in a separate repo. This repo is now focused on the minimal library requirements and adds the ability to set the QP source variable to a top level project location, avoiding duplicate QP source between the library and any higher level application using this library.
Fix bug in the teardown function found during above.

modify repo to be library only, moving examples and top level project details to a separate examples project/repo.
