Closes #105

  • Updates Getting Started and the Next.js environment docs
  • Next.js environment docs has a more detailed explanation and optimized solution that only adds the withContentLayer plugin on the dev server

A few misc changes:

  • update local setup from npm to yarn
  • change "Ask a Question" link from Github issues to Discord
