Add support for 2021 Odyssey Singapore

  • 2021 is Nidec in Singapore, unlike Bosch in USA
  • Second Japanese-manufactured car that does not have carspeed message (other is USA Acura RLX)
  • Dashcam showing 1365 steermax: 1365 5bd1fcb9a66f60e1/00000002--b1fc0e6667

Todo:

  • Testroute with new/cleaned up logic
  • Dashcam route to determine max factory LKAS steering
  • Update torque parameters after longer drive time

Updated steer to latest values, but torque controller numbers looked weird so I used values from older route. Will move to ready to review, let me know if any changes are needed or further routes needed from driver.
