I've tried to annotate all the wallet handlers with this, but I'm not 100% sure how to test with confidence that it doesn't block the tokio runtime anymore. |

This should help to address get10101/itchysats#2453. This is part of proposed solution 1: wrap wallet operations in
block_in_place. I am not sure if usingblock_in_placeso often is a good idea (but it will be better than not using it). Solution 2, running the entire actor on a blocking thread, might make more sense.
