…7 LO Few updates including updating 2017 single higgs to run on from v1 to v2 of sample, as v1 uses an old premix for pileup with some spikes which are wrong. Only v2 should be used (in 2017 at least).

Adding the initial HH->WWgg analysis event dumper files. This pull request is meant to stay open for now so that changes can be tracked as the analysis is developed.
