- Replaced imports from @clinia-ui/react with custom UI components in various files. - Created new Button, Card, Command, Dialog, and Input components for better styling and consistency. - Updated global CSS variables for improved color contrast and accessibility. - Removed unused event source and stream request hooks. - Adjusted Tailwind CSS configuration to include new chart colors. - Refactored server-side data client functions for better clarity and usage.

We revived the Elsevier demonstration. I would propose we migrate that to demo-workspaces as soon as possible. It's not pretty, but with a bit of polishing ,we'll have another workspace/partition to try out.
