Description

This PR refines the Traditional Chinese (zh-TW) localization strings for improved accuracy and clarity to provide a more accurate and user-friendly experience for Traditional Chinese speakers.

Note: All Traditional Chinese translations have been reviewed, aside from the originally undefined values.
