So won't have to run clean on the sub-folders twice (negligible performance, but more correct) cherry and coco were switched.

Clean is a dependency of fclean both in the main makefile, and in the libraries makefiles. Such that each sub-clean recipe was ran twice, and each sub-makefile was opened twice.
