rewrite path doc fixed

Description

In the recipes/pathRewrite.md there was a typo with the Rewrite paths section
i had changed
// /old/api/foo/bar -> http://localhost:3000/new/api/foo/bar

to

// /api/old-path/foo/bar -> http://localhost:3000/api/new-path/foo/bar
