- Added a step to deploy_chatmail() that sets ownership of paths that are copied over as part of the upgrade process. - Removed manual chown step from README.md.

@cliffmccarthy Thanks a lot for these fixes :) unfortunately our CI needs some secrets that only GitHub organization members have access to, so I opened this PR to see whether the CI completes successfully. I suggest to still merge your PRs instead of this one, it's just here for the CI.
