Fix the invalid link path. The link in "state" is a draft, so it is expected to be revised again in the future.

"set-up-your-environment" path was invalid, corrected to "set-up-your-environment.mdx"
Both ".mdx" extension was missing, Fixed it.

Mostly due to missing extensions of ‘.md’, ‘.mdx’, etc. the link was not set correctly. Hope this fix helps.
