This is a PR to address some shortcomings in our build instructions for MacOS. These changes now more closely follow how we set up our MacOS CI environment, and allow you to configure and build Multipass from a brand new MacOS device.
On a newly set-up Macbook M2, I needed to install pkg-config and ninja with brew as well as the tomli python package in order to build Multipass successfully. This was not indicated in the BUILD.macOS.md file.
Additionally, I found that even after a full Xcode installation I was running into issues with
xcodebuildnot being found even though the command succeeded in the command line when trying to build the GUI. After running the two xcode related commands in sudo I was able to successfully build the GUII have also updated the instructions for obtaining Qt to use aqtinstall as that is what we are using for CI. Our previous instructions to install Qt with brew were out of date, as Homebrew does not provide the right version of Qt6 for our uses
