Patched the original library at https://github.com/jacobrosenthal/js-stk500v1 to add support to Arduino UNO Rev. 2
I added an option to skip shifting the startAddress for specific boards (see line 223 of index.cjs).
Moreover, I've renamed js files into cjs because I need to make this library work (temporarily during development) with another esm module. I will update this after the initial phase.
