`yum` and by extension `yum localinstall` is deprecated for a while now, please instruct to use `dnf install`.

yumand by extensionyum localinstallis deprecated for a while now, please instruct to usednf install. The command no longer works, and new users might get confused by trying it and seeing it doesn't work.
