This PR adds a regression test for HadoopCatalog federation.
Currently this test does not use a real hdfs instance; rather it relies on the underlying file system. In the future this test could be expanded to use hdfs, minIO, S3, etc.
The test relies on IMPLICIT auth (currently the only form of authentication supported for Hadoop). The mechanism would work so long as Poalris and regtest have access to the same core-site.xml.
