Describe the issue this Pull Request addresses
glob paths has been deprecated since at least 1.0. We are removing read paths that don't use the fg reader and this is a step to be able to remove the hoodie relations

throw exception for glob paths
remove refs to glob paths
remove glob path utils
remove in memory file index
deprecate read paths (I think we will remove support in a followup pr)
