chore: removal of dead projects from ecosystem page

[ARYPROGRAMMER]

This PR addresses issue #876 by pruning dead projects from the ecosystem page that have no active Twitter or working website links.

Changes

• Removed bi23 project folder (Bi23 Labs)
• Removed eaveai project folder (EaveAI)
• Removed netadao project folder (NetaDAO)
• Removed quasarch-cloud-platform project folder (Quasarch Cloud Platform)
• Removed vixello project folder (Vixello)

Each removal includes the project's index.md metadata file and associated banner image. The ecosystem page will now only display active projects with verified links.

Verification

• Build completed successfully with no errors
• Ecosystem page functionality remains intact
• Historical blog references to these projects are preserved as they are part of past content
