custom man folder symlinked in and added to path, and install.pl updated accordingly.

You should use submodules for the external git commands, especially the ones that are on github... |

True, I just got rid of the .git folder so people wouldn't have to init submodules when the clone it (easier on gitnoob). Do you think it's worth it to be totally git-correct in exchange for adding an extra instruction? |

It's good for space reasons and it'll make it easier to update them. We can make the install script (try to) rejigger submodules to avoid the extra step. |
