Version 1.1

Update to support the newest CUDA, refresh/remove older and less relevant apps.
In particular, Cutlass and CUDA samples have been updated to newer versions.

Deepbench has lost relevance and is no longer supported.
We have beta support for MLPerf and Pytorch Samples to test various GPU backends on different ML workloads.
It also adds a basic build regression using the GitHub CI.
