Welcome to the Local Companies & Startups Directory! This repository aims to be a comprehensive, community-curated list of local companies and startups, categorized by their field and geographical region. Our goal is to make it easy for individuals to discover innovative businesses, potential employers, collaborators, or simply to understand the local tech and business landscape.

How It's Organized

The directory is organized hierarchically:

1. Top-Level Headings: Each major region (e.g., Europe, Asia) has its own top-level heading.
2. Sub-Headings (Countries): Within each region, countries are listed as sub-headings (e.g., Switzerland, Vietnam).
3. Sub-Sub-Headings (Fields): Under each country, specific industry fields (e.g., UAV/Drone Robotics, Data Science/AI) are listed.
4. Company Listings: Under each field, individual companies or startups will be listed.

Contributing

We encourage contributions from everyone! If you know a company or startup that should be included, please follow these steps:

1. Fork this repository.
2. Clone your forked repository to your local machine.
3. Create a new branch for your contributions (e.g., git checkout -b add-new-companies).
4. Add your company entries under the appropriate region, country, and field in the relevant Markdown file. Please maintain the existing alphabetical order for companies within a field.
