Turned out that
test_for_all_curves!macro is convenient to use in dependent crates (like bulletproof, etc.). PR adds a featuretesting-utilswhich exposes it. Also, the macro got documentation that clarifies its purpose.UPD: also fixed a test that fails with 1/16 probability
