What is cmdlooper

cmdlooper is a simple batch script that lets you run any cmd command in a loop with a delay in between, you dont need to install anything other than the script since batch files run natively on windows. To use it you just run cmdlooper.bat and enter the command you want to run (you can just modify the file if you want to do something more complex) and then you will get prompted for the delay. (originally made since a buddy needed a way to keep flushing his DNS then I generalized it)
