Depends on QONNX PR fastmachinelearning/qonnx#209 for Trunc v2
Support both v1 and v2 versions of the
Trunccustom op from QONNX for conversion into FINN ops. Verified by thetest_brevitas_avg_pool_exportandtest_end2end_mobilenet_exporttests (up to cppsim).
