Work in progress. This makes wasm2wat and wat2wasm able to support the ref.test instruction. Also, it doesn't implement the grammar for the
absheaptypecorrectly:https://webassembly.github.io/gc/core/text/types.html#text-absheaptype
so it won't work on the test file
third_party/testsuite/proposals/gc/ref_test.wast. But the code this emits runs as expected in the browser.
