Steel core and Vector(Gluon) core contributions
Passes Compilation
Run:
cd quark/design/simd_core
make
Vector Core status:
Datapath:
DONE: Vector core shell with all the pipeline registers and overall structure. This is in datapath_r0.v
Pending: TR_ADDR_CALC, LD_ST unit, Transpose Unit. Integration of Vivado IPs for Functional Units.
Control:
Coding of all control blocks is pending. However the inputs/outputs and the state machine logic is specified in the specification diagram.
The main action item that is pending is to generate the Functional Units and integrate them in the EX stage of the datapath.
