If there is a comment in the dictionary, throw an exception 'Invalid dictionary (name entry must have /)'
comment_in_dictionary.pdf file is an error file I made.
There is an element of "/Type /Page % 1" in the dictionary of 3 0 obj.
'% 1' is a comment, but it is interpreted as an element of the dictionary.
Not only dictionary, but probably array have the same problem.
I replaced SkipWhiteSpace() with SkipComments().
I think it's better to replace SkipWhiteSpace() with SkipComments() in other places as well
