- Rename ActivityTools to HistoryTools (avoid confusion with Android activities). - Upgrade database to add movie history table. - Support movie history table in provider.

Created merge request so this old idea is not lost. Did not add as it may make sense to think about properly keeping each watch activity for episodes and movies (incl. ability to backup).
