Second accordian for the FAQ page was incomplete

Describe the solution

• added the second accordian
• drop in/out animation
• currently has 4 rows but more can be added

Risk

• items object is cluttering the faq's page.tsx
• bold styling isn't appyling to questions' header

• Wiki Documentation is written and up to date
