Adds serial communication and debugging between microcontrollers
All files use SerialTools instead of using the Serial object directly.
Thruster control names are updated to reflect changes in hardware.

For some reason the logger socket on the C++ end is preventing IMU initialization.
Seeing as the logger isn't really used, the lines where the logger is created, are omitted.
