Reasons for making this change

Modifications:

While the search does not load, the user will see a loading page.
The input was coming off the screen, so I decreased the input size.
The function "Model.tags()" was causing an infinite re-render bug, reducing the performance of the app.
Now the search page has an infinite scroll.
