Thanks for the PR. I have not fully checked it but one thing I noticed that its logging all EDNS options. I would suggest that you log only the EDNS option where the Code is |

Except for the DNSSEC-specific features EDNS is helpful for errors, blocking reports, etc.
With the new version of the application, I am adding an optional EDNS logging feature.
