I am only one of several people with commit access to this repository. My own work lately has been focused on fixing existing bugs rather than adding more features. |

Sometimes I reported httpok annoying and unuseful restarts, especially when the process is started and the first requests respond with too long times. I propose an option to delay first restart.
This is essentially the same PR as #10, but latter was too old, and I was not able to resync master changes :(
