Enable to send commands to it. Commands can force it's motors to move, set a new initial position, and more. Expose the JogCon's raw reading.

It also exposes the "raw values".
I'm storing the raw values on the
analogButtonData.Please change how this is done to better fit the lib.
My research on the JogCon is mostly based on what's documented here.
